He had an accent and claimed to be in the FBI. Very threatening.

i get continual calls from this unknown number......never leaves a message though

I recently reported them to the FTC and my State's Attorney's Office, Fraud division. This company outright refuses to send anything in writing and are violating the Fair Debt Collections act. Hopefully they will be shut down soon

Paula, do not worry about this phone call regarding the threats of being picked up and taken to jail. He is nothing more than a scam artist. I called my local sheriff's dept, bank, court house, and they all said to ignore these calls. Tell "Steven" that you've reported him and the phone number he's calling from, to the authorities. He'll stop calling. He's NOT from the BCI or any other governmental agency. He'll get caught, it's just a matter of time.

Its A Message from Capital one collection agency out of nashville tennessee this call is originating from Ben wheeler Texas they are using locked id's only using hired people from many areas to do their dirty work that company is under a Law Suit Now For Severe harrasment my number that has been called by then over 25 times in a month the previous owners of the number i have now owed many debts they are spanish i have told this bunch of jerks before to Quit calling it because the people dont own it no more they continue to call. Keeps calling asking for a Sekai Ricketts. No one by that name lives there

Someone is constantly calling from this number and various other numbers stating they are from a Legal Department. They have cursed out employees answering the switchboard and other staff.

Got a call from this number, nobody speaks any thing. Upon returning the call, somebody pics up the call but doesn't respond...
